Immediate effect, High Commission of the Republic of Singapore New Delhi is
asked all authorized travel agents to stop accepting visa transfer request from
any applicants.

 Please
note:

Visas are not
transferrable and will become invalid once the visa expires or if the visa
holder is issued a new passport.

Applicants
will be required to apply for a new visa which is chargeable based on the
prevailing visa fees.

share information to all stakeholders and plan the submission accordingly.
