VWI Travel Pvt Ltd Officially Listed as an Authorized Agent by the China Consulate, Mumbai
Mumbai, October 30, 2024 – VWI Travel Pvt Ltd is pleased to announce that we have been officially listed as a registered travel agency by the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Mumbai. As an authorized agent, VWI can now assist clients with the submission of visa applications directly to the Chinese Consulate, adhering to the latest requirements effective from November 1, 2024.
The new guidelines for visa submissions via registered agencies are as follows:
Agency Information on Applications: Each application submitted must include the agency's details, including the agency name, establishment date, courier representative's name, and contact number, along with the names of the applicants who have authorized VWI Travel Pvt Ltd to submit on their behalf. This information must be printed on the agency’s letterhead.
Applicant Authorization Letter: A signed authorization letter from each applicant is required, stating that VWI Travel Pvt Ltd has been authorized to submit the application on their behalf. ( PFA format letter)
Please note that applications not meeting these requirements will not be accepted by the Consulate.
