Effective from 2nd Jan 2017, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi has changed the submission timing for Visa Transfer applications. Transfer cases will be submitted only on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday till 10:30 AM. Collection of the passport would be next working day at same time.
