We would like to inform you of the latest updates regarding the submission of China visa applications through VFS New Delhi, effective immediately:

1. Address Proof Requirement:
   For applicants holding passports issued from the following states—Orissa, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Bihar—it is now mandatory to provide address proof for visa submission in New Delhi. Accepted forms of address proof include:

   • Rent Agreement
   • Aadhaar Card
     Additionally, a Company NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required along with the address proof.

2. Old Passport Submission:
   Applicants applying for single, double, or multiple entry China visas are now required to submit their old passports along with the visa application.

These new requirements have been put in place to ensure a smooth and efficient visa application process. Please ensure that all necessary documents are in order to avoid delays in processing.
