As notified by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, From January 23 2017, Indian nationals will need to complete an Online Pre-Arrival Registration Form to enter Hong Kong for a 14-day visa-free visit, or entering Hong Kong during transit. The registration portal will be available from December 19 2016. Applicants will be required to print the approval notification slip to be shown for immigration clearance upon arrival. Pre-arrival registration will be valid for six months.
Exempt: -
Holders of an Indian diplomatic or official passport or a Hong Kong Travel Pass.
Indian nationals who are enrolled as frequent visitors using the e-Channel service.
