The maintenance period is set to commence from May 8, 2024 (Wednesday) at 4:30 p.m. (IST) and will continue until May 9, 2024 (Thursday) at 01:00 a.m. (IST). Additionally, there will be a second maintenance session starting from May 11, 2024 (Saturday) at 12:30 p.m. (IST) and concluding on May 12, 2024 (Sunday) at 9:30 p.m. (IST).

During these maintenance windows, users should anticipate temporary disruption to e-services functionality. It is important to note that no applications will be processed on May 11, 2024, due to the maintenance activities.

Singapore e-Services apologizes for any inconvenience caused and advises users to plan accordingly, taking into account the maintenance schedule when submitting applications or conducting any online transactions during the specified periods.
