Applicants applying from North and East India comprising the states of: New Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh,Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Tripura, Sikkim, and West Bengal to be decided by the Embassy of Hungary in Delhi.
