Norway Visa. 0-12 years Children are exempted but they need to visit VAC for live photograph.
Please note that with immediate effect it is mandatory to take biometrics for following cases as well.

• Applications for visas to Norway, including entry visas
• Applications for renewal of residence permit
• Applications for residence cards or permanent right of residence for third-country nationals to EEA citizens
• Applications from British citizens and their family members who seek permission under the Brexit regulations.
• Applicant applying for long resident permit card or expired resident permit cards.
