"According to latest instruction from The Ministry of Turkey, applicants are not required to submit biometrics(finger prints and live photo) at our visa centers in India and Nepal. Therefore, you do not have to visit our centers personally in order to complete your visa application. A person / agent who is authorised by you can apply for Turkey visa on your behalf. Please make sure to add your authority letter between your documents if another person will apply for you."
