NOC certificate from MBBS Doctor must for Bio Metric in Delhi/Hyderabad centres for Nigeria Visa process from all south Indian applicants. (It might be applicable for rest Indian applicant also in future) due to COVID-19 in India. Without NOC, Application centres will not accept any applications for Bio Metric and visa process.  

Kindly inform to all upcoming applicants to carry this NOC at
the time of bio metric.
